　　Benjamin Moore has opened a new industrial space in Landover, Md. Part of the recently constructed Landover Logistics Center, the 90,000-square-foot space is also Silver LEED Certified. The company intends the new facility to accommodate expansion and enhance service in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets, in addition to supporting distribution of an expanded line of Benjamin Moore & Co. latex products.

　　Located only 10 miles from Washington, D.C., the location offers logistical access to Metro DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. According to the company, its location will support 350 retailers with faster and more efficient service.

　　Of note, this is the second Silver LEED Certified logistics center for Benjamin Moore.
